Mathematically Correct: This articulate organization is a voice for rigorous standards. They are opposed to the fashions in math curriculum that have diluted the discipline. This site includes a wealth of sources and articles, and referrals galore. Note, they also influenced the California standards.

Fordham Report: State Mathematics Standards. This document reports the results of a study by Ralph A. Raimi and Lawrence S. Braden in which they compared the mathematics standards of 46 states and the District of Columbia. To provide a broader perspective, they also considered the national standards of Japan. California's math standards are rated very highly, receiving one of only three "A" grades.
