We publish two documents for you, the Fact Sheet by mid-September and the full-length SARC galleys within three weeks from the date you send us your materials. (Depending on CDE data-release schedules, we'll begin to deliver SARC galleys in November.) A fuller description of the full-length SARC itself is available from this link. COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE. Your project editor will work with you on all aspects of producing your SARCs. In addition to proofreading and copyediting, our editors will, if necessary, rewrite your principals' text to ensure highly consistent, readable writing in all SARCs. We'll double-check your data to identify possible errors and provide a schedule with reminders to help keep your team on track. The Full Service SARC Program also includes:

     An onsite training or consultation visit by SWP staff
     Data entry for Williams reporting
     Full-color printed and bound reports for each of your schools
     Web metrics reports

ADVANTAGES. We move all the work of document preparation off your desk. Our project editors manage schedules and notify you of changes in law, policies, and more. Customization will be considered on request.

LANGUAGES. English, Spanish.

SPANISH TRANSLATION OPTION. If you send us translated principals' text (about 1,000 to 2,000 words per school), then we can provide bilingual English/Spanish SARCs for $1,650 per site. Alternatively, we can handle all the translation work for $1,865 per site.

ALSO INCLUDED. We provide online reporting of Williams requirements, accessible from inside the SARC via links and from the Accountability Web page, where we host all of your accountability documents for easy public viewing. We also will provide you with a reproducible parent notice of SARC availability, designed to be enclosed in report card mailings or superintendent’s newsletters.
